If Sean Lennon (John and Yoko‘s son) was going to bastardize one of his father’s works of art, we guess this was a better option than teaming up with Linkin Park to do a rap-rock version of “Imagine.”
Sean and his girlfriend, a french model named Kemp Muhl, have recreated the famous photo where a naked John curls up and spoons a fully-clothed Yoko. The original photo was taken by the legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz just a few hours before John was shot and killed in New York.
For this photo, Sean decided to take the Yoko fully-clothed role, and have his girlfriend curl up on him nude. (We’re thinking it’s because he looks like he’s really, really hairy. That’s the prevailing theory.)
The Sean-Kemp photo was published in a French style magazine called “Purple.”
