NYPD Shuts Down Pete Wentz’s Bar

Panic at the disco! Oh, wait. Wrong band, but right title. Cue up “Thanks for the memories,” as the NYPD put up notices closing Pete Wentz’s New York City bar and nightclub, Angels and Kings, over the weekend. Gawker’s tipsters led them to believe the bar had gotten into trouble for serving minors. Which is considered worse in the eyes of the law than overserving the Hoff.

Pete Wentz is a daddy — he should know better! The Angels & Kings Twitter feed has been silent on this issue thus far. For his punishment, we suggest he do community service and pick up all of the dog poop in the city. It’d sure save guys like Hugh Jackman the hassle.
