Finding out that Perez Hilton managed to make more news about Miss California by exposing the fact that she got breast implants before competing for Miss USA was funny enough. Finding out that Miss Carrie Prejean got her new boobs thanks to the Miss California pageant officials, and that by officials, we mean Shanna Moakler — Travis Barker’s ex and former Playboy Playmate — is so much funnier. Moakler’s explanation:
“Breast implants in pageants is not a rarity. It’s definitely not taboo. It’s very common. Breast implants today among young women today is very common. I don’t personally have them, but you know — they are,” Moakler told Access Hollywood today.
