While you were celebrating or not celebrating your religious preferences over the weekend, one Billy Bob Thornton was learning a hard lesson. That is this: If you go on a national radio program, and Canada is still a nation last time we checked, and insult all of its residents when you’re being petulant during an interview, the people who actually pay money to see you play rock band might have something to say about it.
So Thornton’s “band,” The Boxmasters (as if they knew how to master a box!), announced on Sunday that they would cancel the remainder of their Canadian tour.
