We cannot imagine what it must be like to be a woman in a man’s world, or a man in a woman’s world, even, but we do know that the world in which we live in still manages to convince hot actresses to get naked and tell them that it’s art. Hooray for art! The May issue of Allure features five celebrities in the buffy buff buff, and even though we only knew who three of them were beforehand, we sure know how to Google the others. So if you want to see most of Padma Lakshmi, Eliza Dushku, Chelsea Handler, Lynn Collins and Sharon Leal, then you can pick up a magazine next week, or just click on ahead for some cheap skin…(We suppose this falls under a failure for society’s mores?)
Top Chef’s hostess with the mostess, Padma Lakshmi (above): “I actually think I look better when I have a little bit of weight on — my breasts are fuller, and I’m curvier than when I’m at my thinnest.” You can fill our plate with your deliciousness anytime.
Can you imagine men saying any of these things while doing this? Why are you imagining men at a time like this? Just look at the pretty pictures!
Lynn Collins (above, from HBO’s True Blood and the upcoming Wolverine flick): “Women with confidence in their bodies are the sexiest thing.”
Sharon Leal (from Private Practice): “It’s liberating, but posing once may be enough.” Actually, we could see a guy saying that.
Chelsea Handler: “I like my boobs. They’re real and perky.”
Eliza Dushku: We have nothing to say here. Let’s just linger a little while longer.
